SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Description

**Job Purpose:** Ensure fast and consultative engagement with leads entering **during afternoon and evening hours**, increasing connection rate, meeting scheduling rate, and conversion of sales opportunities, delivering an excellent first experience for potential customers. **Responsibilities:** * Initiate first contact with interested leads via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Qualify leads through a consultative approach, understanding their business context and challenges. * Schedule meetings for Commercial Specialists (Closers). * Execute outreach cadences according to company processes. * Record all interactions and accurately update the CRM. * Monitor KPIs such as connection rate, lead response time, scheduled meetings, and attendance. * Collaborate with the sales team by providing feedback on objections, lead behavior, and improvement opportunities. * Prioritize working during peak lead intake hours to ensure responsive service. **Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build rapport and conduct consultative conversations. * Organizational skills and discipline to follow processes and outreach cadences. * Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. * Proficiency with technology and CRM systems. * Experience in pre\-sales (SDR), inside sales, or commercial customer service is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the restaurant, food service, or corporate education markets. * Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Go High Level, API4com, or similar). * Proficiency in customer engagement via WhatsApp and telephone calls. * Ability to maintain high productivity during periods of high lead volume. **Required Work Tools** * Laptop/computer; * Webcam; * Dedicated workspace; * Microphone. * Reliable high-speed internet connection; **Additional Information** * Work model: **remote;** * Employment type: **PJ (individual contractor).** **Benefits** * Wellhub; * Starbem; * Dasa; * Avus; * Birthday Day Off; * Birthday Gift; * Wedding Gift; * Newborn Gift.
