Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * **Production management and monitoring:** Oversee the entire production workflow of evaluative materials, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and alignment among involved departments. Monitor operational indicators, identify risks, anticipate impacts on the production flow, and propose corrective actions and continuous process improvement opportunities. * **Interface between pedagogical and production teams:** Serve as the primary liaison between school unit pedagogical teams and the internal Evaluative Materials Production department, ensuring alignment on scope, deadlines, technical specifications, and delivery quality. Maintain ongoing communication with teachers, pedagogical coordinators, and internal departments involved in the production process. * **Editorial and evaluative production leadership:** Lead and monitor the production of assessments, mock exams, and supplementary materials for Bernoulli Educação units—from original content requests through final file validation for printing and digital release. * **File distribution and support to partner departments:** Monitor the organization, validation, and release of supplementary production files—such as answer keys, annotated solutions, correlations, and supporting materials—ensuring proper distribution to departments responsible for material implementation and publication. * **Content and materials order management:** Track the annual production schedule and submit requests for questions, content, and materials to pedagogical leads, ensuring fulfillment of requirements for regular assessments, mock exams, and special projects. * Work model: * CLT employment contract; * Hybrid work model for candidates residing in Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan region.
