100% remote position. We are looking for a **Process Analyst** with experience for our **Operational Efficiency** team. About the Operational Efficiency team: Responsible for process mapping and improvement to ensure efficiency and quality. Promotes automation and operational innovation, while driving a data-driven culture and performance indicators for strategic decision-making. Learn more about Gaudium and Machine at: https://gaudium.global/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct process mapping and diagnostics, identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. * Lead end-to-end improvement projects—from problem structuring through implementation and results monitoring. * Design and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability used in processes, indicators, and automations. * Implement automations and technological solutions—including Artificial Intelligence—to enhance efficiency and operational evolution. * Work in ambiguous contexts: structure problems, engage stakeholders, and promote adoption of process management and workflow tools and practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in process mapping and implementing measurable process improvements; * Experience in process automation using automation platforms, triggers, workflows, and system integrations; * Knowledge of process modeling and management tools; * Analytical mindset with data orientation; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; * Strong communication skills and proactivity. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or dynamic environments; * Familiarity with programming languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar); * Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar); **Additional information** **Benefits:** * 100% remote work; * CLT salary **(BRL 6,577.09 to BRL 8,015.83)**; * Health insurance \- Bradesco Saúde or SulAmérica (fully covered by the company for the employee; dependent coverage incurs an additional fee per dependent); * Dental insurance \- Bradesco Saúde (optional, fully employee-paid); * Life insurance; * Daily meal allowance of BRL 50.00 (Flash Benefits card); * Remote work allowance of BRL 131.16; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Time off: One day off during your birthday month; Carnival holiday and Ash Wednesday; December 24 and 31. * A challenging environment enabling rapid growth and development. **Company values:** * Teamwork (we encourage collaboration); * Honesty and transparency (we value ethical, trustworthy, and sincere behavior—we speak the truth and share information openly); * Excellence (we focus on continuous improvement and always seek advancement); * Agility and results (we solve real problems, simplify solutions with speed and quality); * Challenge (we value those who embrace challenges and step outside their comfort zones).
