Description

**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Act as the technical leader of the development team * Align strategies and directions with the Tribe’s Technical Leader and the Product Owner * Define and disseminate architecture, development, and technical best practices standards * Coordinate technical refinements, estimates, and tracking of backlog deliveries * Ensure quality, performance, and continuous evolution of developed solutions * Manage technical debt and support application architecture modernization * Promote best practices in testing, technical documentation, and code versioning * Conduct onboarding and technical mentoring for team members * Support technical discovery and dependency management across teams and departments * Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience in digital channel development * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Dev Lead, technically leading development teams * Experience with agile methodologies * Advanced experience with OutSystems * Experience with SharePoint * Experience with React and Node.js * Knowledge of DevOps * Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking **Desirable:** * Experience in solution architecture and system integration * Experience in large-scale corporate environments * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and deployment automation * Experience in digital transformation and application modernization **Additional information:** * Want more well-being?
