React Developer Specialist

Description

**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Serve as the technical reference for React application development * Develop high-complexity features and support architectural decisions * Define development standards, best practices, and project structure * Create reusable components and shared libraries * Conduct mentoring sessions, training, and support the team's technical growth * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standardization * Define and promote best practices for testing, performance, security, and accessibility * Support the modernization and evolution of Front-end applications * Collaborate with Architecture, UX, QA, and other technical teams * Author technical documentation and disseminate development best practices **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid experience with React in high-complexity projects * Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript * In-depth knowledge of Front-end architecture * Experience building Design Systems and component libraries * Proficiency in state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API or similar) * Experience with Next.js * Knowledge of Front-end application performance optimization * Experience with automated testing * Familiarity with CI/CD for Front-end applications * Experience conducting code reviews * Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical mentorship * Experience in the technical development of other developers * Ability to define architectural standards and lead technical decisions **Desirable:** * Experience with Micro Frontends * Knowledge of Module Federation * Experience with corporate Design Systems * Experience with Storybook * Knowledge of component-oriented architecture * Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP * Experience working in organizations with multiple development teams * Experience as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Front-end Architect * Experience migrating legacy applications to React * Participation in creating technical upskilling paths and team development programs **Additional information:** * Want more well-being?
