Fix systemic vulnerabilities identified by SI, risks, and EHTs. Participate in the analysis and resolution of systemic risk findings, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Monitor and develop dashboards and alerts in Datadog to enhance observability of the technology infrastructure's health. Develop and implement improvements to integration flows, APIs, and legacy services, aiming for greater stability and security. Support triaging and resolution of N2/N3 incidents, adhering to ITIL best practices and standardized incident response procedures. Document fixes and technical evidence to support audits, risk committees, and internal knowledge base (KB) creation. Contribute to the evolution of the support pipeline by proposing automations, engineering best practices, and continuous process improvement.
