Partnership Analyst

Description

**Purpose of the Role** * Support the execution, organization, and monitoring of strategic partnerships for Food Nation Group, ensuring active partners are well managed, jointly agreed deliverables are fulfilled, and generated opportunities contribute to brand results, leads, and revenue. **Responsibilities** * Execute operational actions for active partnerships, ensuring adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and agreed-upon commitments. * Support the mapping, prospecting, and qualification of potential partners, sponsors, and ambassadors aligned with the brand’s strategy. * Organize the partnership pipeline in the CRM or designated tool, keeping information, status, contact history, and next steps up to date. * Monitor partnership KPIs, consolidating data on leads, activations, revenue, and deliverables for the manager’s analysis. * Onboard new ambassadors onto the platform. * Conduct operational alignment meetings with internal Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure activation plans are executed. **KPIs** * Number of MQLs generated by partners * Revenue originated or influenced by partnerships * Time to ambassador onboarding **Processes** * Mapping of Potential Partners and Ambassadors * Onboarding of New Partners * Operational Management of Partnership Deliverables * Updating the Partnership Pipeline * Consolidation of Results and Performance Reports **Skills** * CRM and partnership pipeline management * Research and qualification of partners, brands, influencers, and channels * Basic B2B negotiation and outreach techniques * Organization of action plans, timelines, and checklists * Basic analysis of marketing, sales, and partnership KPIs **Required Work Tools** * Laptop/computer; * Camera; * Workspace; * Microphone. * Excellent internet access; **Additional Information** * Work model: **remote;** * Employment type: **PJ (individual contractor).** **Benefits** * Wellhub; * Starbem; * Dasa; * Avus; * Birthday Day Off; * Birthday Gift; * Wedding Gift; * Birth Gift.
