If you enjoy leading people, organizing processes, and working with data and performance, this role may be right for you! **\#JoinBern** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Ensure the team executes tasks within defined deadlines and SLAs; * Prioritize and distribute tasks among team members, considering capacity, urgency, and complexity; * Monitor daily operations, correct deviations, and ensure delivery quality; * Validate operational data in systems, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and review reports and dashboards; * Monitor operational and financial KPIs, supporting results analysis and risk identification; * Develop the team through feedback, ongoing alignment, and individual follow-up; * Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments, tracking action plans and guiding improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Excel in This Role, You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in operations or process management; * Experience leading teams; * Experience monitoring KPIs and analyzing data; * Familiarity with technologies and automation tools (including AI) applied to operational routines; * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and PowerBI tools; **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in continuous improvement and process automation * Experience in operational financial management (revenue, costs, income statement) **Attitudes and Behaviors That Make All the Difference:** You communicate clearly and assertively, building genuine and productive connections.
