Values teamwork and innovation Monitor and guide patients within hospital premises to foster an environment that promotes their physical and mental health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assistive control and surveillance of external areas. * Access control in the cafeteria. * Control of smoking area usage. * Delivery of cigarettes to patients. * Assistance in organizing group activities. * Support teams in guiding patients to psychological, medical, and medication-scheduling appointments. * Monitor patient behavior and report findings to case supervisors. * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one's responsibility; * Maintain hospital assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Support supervision on matters related to one's area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Provide assistance to nursing staff, when requested, during patient admission screening prior to hospitalization; * Guide patients and visitors by providing information about the location of hospital departments and services; * Prevent and resolve conflicts by diplomatically intervening in situations of disagreement or inappropriate behavior; * Report irregularities or risk situations concerning patients to the immediate supervisor; * Perform duties applying biosafety norms and procedures; * Assist patients with mobility difficulties and those using wheelchairs; * Deliver personal belongings to respective departments; * Remain constantly attentive, helpful, and proactive regarding potential issues identified, promptly reporting them to the competent department; * Identify and correct inappropriate behaviors violating regulations by patients and visitors, such as: smoking in enclosed areas; walking barefoot; running through common clinic areas; littering; romantic interactions between patients; clothes hung on windows, doors, or air conditioning units; * Perform other related tasks as needed or in the absence of one's supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Experience in monitoring, security, store surveillance, or similar roles. **Additional Information** Meals provided on-site; Gympas gym membership plan with payroll deduction; Pharmacy benefit plan with payroll deduction; Dental benefits plan; Birthday leave; 50% fuel allowance; Basic food basket allowance; Career and salary progression plan; Founded in 2022, ViV emerged from the collaboration of leading **mental health** institutions, aiming to create an integrated care network spanning **low to high complexity**.
