**Mid-Level Backend Developer** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Backend Developer** to drive people and businesses forward through innovation, with attitude, initiative, and a focus on making things happen. **Your impact in this role:** Support the development, evolution, and maintenance of backend applications, with emphasis on quality, performance, security, and engineering best practices. Actively participate in defining technical solutions, contributing to architectural decisions, development standards, and microservice design. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, business, QA, SRE, architecture, among others).\- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and guidelines, reinforcing best practices, observability, and technical governance. Contribute to the development and evolution of highly available APIs and integrations supporting the customer’s digital journey. ✅ **Essential Requirements:** Solid experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot Experience with messaging systems, preferably RabbitMQ Strong expertise in developing and maintaining microservices. Knowledge of REST APIs (design, versioning, best practices) and SOAP integrations.
