Grow with us! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Operating and adjusting machining equipment (pressing, roughing, drilling, finishing, 3D machines, and automated cells), serving as the technical reference. * Training and guiding team members at their workstations. * Performing external tool setups and recording inspections per work instructions, control plans, and drawings. * Releasing processes by measuring the first piece and supporting achievement of production targets. * Recording occurrences and production output in the logbook and system, following orders and specifications. * Supporting programming of simple machines while ensuring quality. * Performing autonomous workstation maintenance according to the maintenance checklist. * Monitoring production scheduling and reporting discrepancies or difficulties to your supervisor. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to safety regulations. * Proposing and implementing process improvements. * Performing additional tasks of similar nature and complexity, as required or requested by your supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Incomplete high school education; * CNC Programming course; * LID course – Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * Metrology course; * Experience operating machining equipment. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 2: From 1:55 PM to 11:18 PM. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan * Christmas Bonus * Company-Provided Transportation * E-Learning Platform * Language Program * Discounts at Educational Institutions #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
