Main responsibilities * Support analysis of billing availability and order prioritization * Perform load assembly in the ERP system, respecting vehicle capacity limits * Generate and verify transportation reports (DOCA/TMS) * Assist in scheduling and planning pickups and deliveries * Monitor deliveries with carriers and report incidents * Support freight cost analysis (redeliveries, dwell time, warehousing, etc.) * Update system information (freight costs, delivery dates, billing) * Register carriers and affiliates in the system (ERP/TMS) * Provide customer service regarding delivery status * Support return processes and distribution planning * Contribute to improvements in logistics processes Requirements: * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills (Excel is a plus) * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle urgent tasks * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields) * Experience with ERP or TMS systems * Basic knowledge of logistics/warehousing.
