REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Networks, User/Group Policies, VPN, Routing, Routes, Firewall, Monitoring, Windows Servers, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), Virtualization Platforms (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V), AD-Active Directory, Office 365, Databases, SQL, Voice over IP/SIP, TCP/IP, Cloud, Domains, FTP, Hosting, Digital Certificates, Switches, LAN and WLAN knowledge. (Certifications such as CCNA or from other vendors are desirable); JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (TASKS TO BE PERFORMED): Technician assigned to provide on-site and remote support to internal and external clients, incident management and service request handling; DESIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE (PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS): Interpersonal skills, dynamic and proactive personality, organized, customer-focused with commitment to excellence in service delivery, clear communication, and eagerness to learn.
