We research, create, and make things happen, because it is in our DNA. **Responsibilities and attributes** **Your mission as a Junior Operations Analyst (Delivery) will be:** * Analyze and verify data to ensure that all information is correct, avoiding inconsistencies that impact operations. * Collaborate on process improvements to optimize operations and ensure the quality of the service provided. * Issue orders to suppliers, ensuring that all request data is correct for delivery. * Perform order tracking and update information in the CRM. * Receive and verify the invoice issued by the partner, entering values and other data into the CRM. * Ensure that all delivery proof documentation is provided in a timely manner for financial closing with the client. * Update data in the pre-closing control. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this, we expect you to have:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in the Health field. * Knowledge of: Operating Systems and Office Suite. **Additional information** **What it is like to work here at Funcional Health Tech:** * Our team is incredible; we collaborate and work together to go further. * Our culture is agile and we are in constant evolution.
