Junior Functional Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to transform business demands into functional specifications, collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, and ensure the quality of deliveries, in addition to supporting incident analysis and continuous improvements. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the functional analysis of demands, organizing business information in a clear and structured manner for presentation to the technical team, with validation by a more experienced analyst * Prepare functional documentation for demands and improvements of delimited scope, detailing flows, direct business rules, and use cases based on established models and patterns * Participate in backlog refinement with the Product Owner, contributing with clarifications and organization of the information gathered * Interact with developers and support to clarify direct and previously mapped functional doubts in documentation * Support requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, recording the collected information and flagging doubts for subsequent validation Define and document basic acceptance criteria for demands and improvements of delimited scope, ensuring alignment with established business rules * **Requirements and qualifications** * Undergraduate or completed degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience or interest in requirements gathering and documentation (academic projects, internship, or initial professional experience). Basic knowledge of business analysis and functional specification concepts.
