Our **Operations** team’s mission is to be an area of excellence in customer support processes so that customers can extract maximum value from our product and solutions; it is also a facilitation team, connecting and supporting Pin’s departments with our customers. #### **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1) Translate the Pin People methodology to apply it within each client’s reality; 2) Design experience surveys based on each client’s reality; 3) Review our clients’ surveys to improve the quality of captured data; 4) Manage customer support within the platform (Admin), including survey/pill setup, survey distribution, and handling requests; 5) Analyze data generated by clients within the platform to propose improvements to the client; 6) Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager team to develop analytical presentations for clients; 7) Identify and share opportunities for improving the Pin People product (in Data Science, Technology, or People Science); 8) Identify and share opportunities for new products with the Product team; 9) Support the creation of specific analyses contracted by the client (Consulting). 10) Use and propose automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions in daily workflows to optimize operational time and ensure delivery accuracy and quality. #### **What We Expect From You:** #### **Hard Skills:** * Pin People Platform and App (Admin); * Excel and Google Sheets; * PowerPoint and Google Slides; * HR (Organizational Psychology); * EX Methodology; * Research Methodologies. #### **People Skills:** * Adaptability; * Resilience; * Proactivity and Initiative; * Oral and written communication; * Analytical thinking; * Collaboration; * Organization and time/priority management; * Systems thinking. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * English and Spanish (written and spoken); * SaaS experience; * Experience in HR Techs; * Customer support experience. #### **Our Benefits:** * Workplace: "Anywhere Office" — culture and freedom to work from wherever you prefer; * Health Insurance: Porto Seguro — PRATA MAIS Q RC with Mediservice (no co-payment); * Dental Insurance: AMIL (D205 — Basic), fully covered by the plan holder at R$21.98 per month, deducted from payroll (CLT) or via invoice (PJ); * Psicologia Viva: Platform enabling remote consultations with psychologists.
