About the project A SuperApp redesign project, focused on modernizing Android, iOS, and Java backend platforms, preserving existing functionalities while reorganizing customer journeys. Your mission Responsible for developing mobile applications (SuperApp) using AI agents, ensuring senior-level delivery of tasks under your responsibility. Requirements and responsibilities: AI-driven development: Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development for optimizing processes in the development workflow; Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD); Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs; Participation in agile ceremonies; Ensuring code quality and unit testing; Code reviews; DevOps and project management tools: Usage and integration of tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams; Autonomy to solve problems and quickly adapt to new challenges; Resilience and adaptability in adverse scenarios.
