Description: * Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Data, Security, etc.); * Solid experience with unit testing; * Strong application of SOLID principles and mastery of Design Patterns; * Practice with TDD (Test-Driven Development) or BDD (Behavior-Driven Development); * Practical knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture; * Experience with PostgreSQL; * Hands-on experience with Java application servers, especially WildFly. * Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts. * Contribute robust, sustainable, and results-oriented solutions; * Work with technical autonomy, collaborating on planning and mentoring junior developers; * Participate in building a software engineering environment grounded in quality, performance, and continuous improvement; * Use AI tools (such as Windsurf, Copilot, JetBrains AI, Anthropic) to accelerate development and automate testing; * Digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes; * Technologies in our stack include: Java, Spring, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Hibernate, and others. 2512190202551849177
