We specialize in digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, among others), with offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** * We are seeking an IT Executive to lead the full structuring of the technology operation for a global leader in intravenous therapy and home medical services. This is a strategic and executive role, involving direct collaboration with C-Level executives and the Board, responsible for transforming an operation historically 100% outsourced into a scalable, efficient technology function aligned with business growth — including establishing the technology department, defining processes, building teams, and managing strategic partners to support the company’s operational expansion and evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Structure and lead the company’s technology operation, defining strategy, processes, governance, and the technology roadmap; * Serve as the primary technology leader for C-Level executives and the Board, translating technical needs into business impact; * Define and monitor performance indicators, operational efficiency metrics, and ROI for technology initiatives; * Ensure alignment between technology, commercial growth, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy; * Lead external vendors and partners, ensuring delivery quality, SLA compliance, and financial efficiency; * Coordinate multidisciplinary technology teams, including development, infrastructure, cloud, mobile, QA, and operations; * Support decisions related to architecture, scalability, and technological platform evolution; * Establish practices for governance, security, scalability, and operational continuity; * Identify opportunities for technological innovation and digital transformation, including initiatives leveraging AI and automation; * Strategically support operational expansion and sustain the company’s growth. **Required Skills:** * Proven experience in executive technology roles such as Head, Director, VP, or equivalent; * Experience in structuring and transforming technology operations; * Strong executive leadership skills and ability to engage high-level stakeholders; * Experience managing vendors, contracts, SLAs, and strategic partners; * Broad knowledge of technology ecosystems, including cloud, infrastructure, web/mobile applications, QA, and architecture; * Experience in fast-growing environments requiring operational scalability; * Analytical capability and strategic business-oriented vision focused on outcomes; * Experience defining technology roadmaps and IT governance frameworks; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * **Fluent English** for interaction with global stakeholders. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with international operations or globally active companies; * Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven innovation; * Track record of building technology teams and departments from scratch; * Strong business acumen combined with execution capability; * Strategic hands-on profile, balancing executive management with technical depth. **What You’ll Find at GX2:** * Content hub featuring original content segmented by learning paths (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * Culture centered on caring for people and mental health; * Mental health and well-being platform; * GX2 Follow-Up: Individual monthly check-ins focused on well-being and professional development. **A Message from GX2:** This opportunity is open to all interested individuals.
