We are seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to support onboarding and system implementation for clients operating e\-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and integrating their operations with SAP B1\. The professional will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of our products, aligning solutions with each client’s business processes, and providing support and training throughout the implementation process. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead implementation of Nordware solutions (Bahn, Platz, Roter, and Sigur) for clients using SAP Business One * Map client business processes and configure solutions to meet their operational and business requirements * Develop functional scopes for necessary customizations required by the project * Draft Business Blueprint (BBP) documents capturing process requirements gathered from the client * Conduct training sessions for clients on Nordware system functionalities * Perform investigative log analysis to identify root causes of errors and resolve data conflicts * Serve as the technical liaison between the client, development team, and project manager * Monitor delivery schedules and clearly communicate status updates to all stakeholders * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing by impact and deadline * Document lessons learned and contribute to the team’s knowledge base * Occasionally attend in\-person events at the company headquarters or visit clients (willingness to travel occasionally) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields * Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation projects * Knowledge of sales, fiscal, and financial workflows in SAP B1: Business Partners (BP), Product Master Data, Sales Orders, Invoices, Returns, Advances, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Inventory (master data and transfers), and Price Lists & Discounts * Root cause analysis capability: trace process flows beyond superficial errors * Consultative communication: translate technical terms for clients and business context for developers * Self\-directed learner with rapid learning ability — capable of adopting new tools and platforms without relying on predefined guides * Multitasking ability: manage multiple accounts while prioritizing by impact and deadline **Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)** * Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms: VTEX, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Tray, Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Amazon, among others * Experience with complementary ERPs: Bling, Tiny, TOTVS * Knowledge of API\-based integration (REST APIs), Postman, JSON analysis, and API documentation reading * Experience with Generative AI tools applied to work (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar) and automation platforms (n8n) * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meet) * Experience managing concurrent implementation projects across multiple clients * Agile methodology * Jira and Confluence tools **Additional Information** **We offer the following to contractors (PJ):** * Remote work * Equipment loan * 20 paid leave days Nordware develops solutions for e\-commerce businesses and marketplace stores to seamlessly synchronize them with SAP ERP — efficiently and comprehensively, from online order entry through item dispatch.
