Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and support the rollout of new POS systems, ensuring adherence to the established timeline and standards defined by the franchisor. Provide updates on the opening schedule to both back-office teams and franchisees. * Serve as the liaison between internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and required quality. * Monitor critical points in the process and promptly identify corrective actions for immediate or future resolution. * Organize and lead alignment meetings with franchisees, facilitating clarification sessions and strategic support. * Develop and refine implementation standards, processes, and methodologies. * Participate in live sessions for franchisees. * Propose improvements to internal documentation within the Implementation area. * Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers for implementation matters. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken). * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines. * Experience in implementation and/or project management. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset in critical situations.
