We’re seeking a developer to lead the evolution of our backend, APIs, and automations. Here, you won’t maintain just one system: you’ll work end-to-end — moving seamlessly between backend, frontend, integrations, and other project-specific demands — always attentive to opportunities for operational improvement and optimization. We operate 100% remotely, with real autonomy, impact-driven focus, and space to grow alongside the product. You manage your own schedule, deliver responsibly, and have the freedom to propose ideas — which quickly translate into improvements. **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve production systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability * Work with databases and API integrations, building and optimizing automations that support operational workflows * Refactor and improve third-party service integrations * Support internal teams on technical matters and analyze platform usage to propose continuous improvements * Participate in special projects — such as new automations, internal tools, and product features — always prioritizing efficiency and tangible impact **What We’re Looking For** * Experience developing production software * Solid understanding of databases and APIs, with emphasis on writing clean, organized, and secure code * Proactive mindset: meets deadlines, thinks systemically, and solves challenges without waiting for instructions * Passion for automation and scalable systems * Comfort working remotely — with autonomy, strong communication skills, and accountability for deliverables **Nice-to-Haves (non-eliminatory)** * Experience with email infrastructure or deliverability * Background in B2B companies * DevOps knowledge * Familiarity with Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, and security) and tools such as Airtable, Stripe, Render, Vercel, or similar We don’t expect you to know every technology in our stack — we value curiosity, rapid learning ability, and ownership of outcomes far more. **How We Work** 100% remote work: you manage your own schedule, choose your workspace, and enjoy time flexibility — all centered on delivery.
