We seek a developer to drive the evolution of our backend, APIs, and automations. Here, you won’t maintain just one system—you’ll work end-to-end across backend, frontend, integrations, and other project-specific demands, always mindful of opportunities for improvement and operational optimization. You manage your own schedule, deliver responsibly, and enjoy the freedom to propose ideas—which quickly become improvements. **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve production systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability * Work with databases and API-based integrations, building and optimizing automations that support operational workflows * Refactor and improve third-party service integrations * Support internal teams on technical matters and analyze platform usage to propose continuous improvements * Participate in special projects—including new automations, internal tools, and product features—with consistent focus on efficiency and real-world impact **What We’re Looking For** * Experience developing production software * Solid understanding of databases and APIs, with commitment to writing clean, organized, and secure code * Proactive mindset: meets deadlines, thinks systemically, and solves challenges without waiting for instructions * Passion for automation and scalable systems * Comfort working remotely—autonomously, communicating effectively, and taking ownership of deliverables **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory)** * Experience with email infrastructure or email deliverability * Background in B2B companies * DevOps knowledge * Familiarity with Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, and security) and tools such as Airtable, Stripe, Render, Vercel, or similar We don’t expect you to know every technology in our stack—we value fast learners, curiosity, and ownership of outcomes far more. **How We Work** 100% remote work: you structure your routine, choose your environment, and enjoy flexible hours—all focused on results.
