Job Summary: Professional responsible for structuring, monitoring, and optimizing construction planning and execution, ensuring control over deadlines, supplies, and communication with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Structure and update construction planning via system 2. Monitor procurement schedule and identify material-related risks 3. Propose and implement process improvements within the department Scope: \* Structure initial construction planning via system; \* Update construction planning monthly with Planned vs. Actual (physical progress and/or dates), recording justifications (occurrences) for deviations; \* Record and address constraints affecting the planned schedule; \* Develop/monitor procurement schedule jointly with the supply team (lead times, requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries); \* Analyze potential alignment of delivery dates with service schedules and identify risks of material shortages; \* Monitor and follow up on daily site logs completed by responsible personnel, ensuring minimum required information standards (labor, work fronts, occurrences, etc.); \* Conduct and/or support planning meetings with site managers; \* Record meeting minutes and action plans, including responsible parties, deadlines, and tracking of pending items until closure; \* Maintain active communication with clients, responding promptly upon request; \* Propose, test, and implement process improvements within the department; \* Measure project and team performance Profile: \* Proactivity; \* Organization; \* Sense of responsibility; \* Strong communication skills; \* Interpersonal relationship skills; Differentiator: Experience in construction management and knowledge of the Diretor Plus system will be an advantage.
