Job Summary: Professional responsible for educational management of learning centers, indicator monitoring, team supervision, and organization of pedagogical processes, ensuring service quality. Interface with clients and partner companies Responsibilities and Duties Educational management of learning centers; Monitoring of absenteeism indicators; Client interface in educational processes; Launching of new classes and units; Supervision of instructor, analyst, assistant, and support staff teams; Planning and monitoring of apprentice absenteeism; Overseeing routine activities of the educational department; Organizing process workflows, responding to requests from partner companies and demands from relationship, service, monitoring, and educational departments, ensuring service quality and compliance as required. Management of pedagogical processes; Monitoring of educational department indicators and demand workflows; Supporting the regional pedagogical coordination; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education; Postgraduate degree in Education or Administrative Management; Experience in educational management; Ability to work with young people.
