Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential to properly guide visitors, staff, and service providers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and protect the institution's assets; * Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods; * Authorize or restrict access for visitors, service providers, and staff according to internal policies; * Guide the flow of people within hospital premises; * Maintain an attentive and courteous attitude when interacting with the public; * Comply with and enforce the institution's security protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and attentiveness; * Availability to work rotating shifts and various schedules.
