Data Project Manager

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Project Manager to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in data projects, as well as strong communication and teamwork collaboration skills. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute information classification and data purging projects. * Develop and implement policies and procedures for data management. * Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and mitigate data management-related risks. * Monitor and report project progress, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. * Train and guide the team on data management best practices. **Requirements:** * Experience with Waterfall methodology projects; * Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in information classification and data purging. * In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (LGPD, GDPR, etc.). * Strong communication skills, dynamic mindset, and critical thinking ability. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Project management certifications (PMP, PMBOK, Agile) are a plus. **Other Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** * Transactional databases: SQL and Oracle. * Information classification and data governance tools (Purview, Varonis, OneTrust). * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
