**How You Will Contribute**
You will:
* Partner closely with business leadership teams to execute the analytics agenda
* Identify and incubate best-in-class external category partners to accelerate delivery on strategic projects
* Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term commercial performance
* Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that clearly communicates to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

You will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of data products for the Finance function across Latin America. Your role is to serve as the bridge between business and engineering: understanding business needs, developing solutions, and guiding technical teams for development and delivery.
**What You Need to Know About This Role:**
In this position, you will have partial technical scope—not to build solutions from scratch, but to critically assess, question, propose course corrections, navigate environments, conduct testing, and deeply discuss technical aspects.
**What Extra Ingredients You’ll Bring:**
* Ability to supervise, lead implementation, and manage Data & Analytics projects and operations for Finance initiatives in Mondelez Latin America;
* Appetite for translating large volumes of data into actionable insights to drive financial strategy and decision-making;
* Management of the Data & Analytics roadmap, agenda, and stakeholder relationships, leading broader strategic initiatives (business development, operational efficiency, regional expansion);
* Contributions to strategic planning by delivering data-driven insights and financial models;
* Leadership skills to manage and develop a team of Data Engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous competency development.
**Education / Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related IT fields;
* Fluent English
- Functional Spanish — attitude to understand and be understood
**Specific Job Requirements:**
* Proven experience with Data & Analytics processes and solutions for Finance;
* Proficiency in visualization tools: Tableau and/or Power BI;
* Knowledge of Data Science (Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence);
* Experience with cloud services (GCP or AWS);
* Solid knowledge of Software Engineering and Solution Architecture;
- Prior experience supporting finance functions — it is essential to master the language and processes of the finance business;
* Experience in Analytics and Data Engineering;
* Demonstrated ability to understand key financial performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement of technology-enabled processes;
* People management and project management;
* Regional expertise: deep understanding of the business and cultural nuances of Latin America.
