Vacancy — Commercial Attendant \| Ártemis Perícia Médica We are looking for a communicative, organized, proactive, and committed professional to join the **Ártemis Perícia Médica** team, working in commercial service and follow-up with potential clients. Main activities * Provide initial service to potential clients; * Qualify received leads and identify business opportunities; * Conduct commercial meetings to present services; * Perform follow\-ups and monitor ongoing negotiations; * Organize and manage the schedule of services and meetings; * Update control spreadsheets and records in the CRM; * Ensure that each opportunity has a defined history, status, and next step; * Support the continuous improvement of service and sales processes. Desired profile We are looking for a person who: * Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Enjoys working with sales, service, and relationship building; * Is polite, responsible, punctual, and organized; * Demonstrates **proactivity**, autonomy, and initiative in conducting activities; * Is committed to deadlines, goals, and deliverables; * Has the ability to conduct commercial conversations; * Knows how to work with goals and result tracking; * Contributes with ideas and insights to improve internal processes; * Has attention to detail and ease in using spreadsheets and CRM systems. **Previous experience in sales, commercial service, lead qualification, or CRM usage will be considered a differential.** Remuneration * **Fixed salary;** * **Variable commission based on the achievement of established goals.** We are looking for a professional who wants to grow with the company, contribute to the evolution of the commercial operation, and provide an organized, consultative, and high-quality service experience.
