If you are passionate about health and wish to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: * Providing customer support via telephone, e-mail, and digital platforms; * Clarifying inquiries, registering requests, and handling complaints; * Monitoring orders throughout their entire lifecycle, from receipt to delivery; * Conducting follow-ups with internal departments to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Resolving incidents within defined SLAs; * Monitoring departmental KPIs, such as OTIF, perfect orders, and cycle time; * Contributing to improving customer experience and satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a university degree is considered a plus; * Prior experience in customer service, call centers (SAC), or related areas; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive profile with a problem-solving focus; * Empathy and ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles; * Ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal departments. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (3 days at the office, 2 days remote); * Meal voucher; * Food allowance and/or basic food basket; * Medical and dental assistance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Group life insurance; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Gympass; * Discount on supplements.
