Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling various aspects of the project, such as worker attendance, material usage, and overall construction progress, as well as guiding teams and ensuring workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Control and recording of labor and materials at construction sites. 2. Team guidance and documentation of activities in projects. 3. Field work with a focus on safety and collaboration with the team. The professional will be responsible for maintaining control over various aspects of the project, including worker attendance, material and equipment usage, and overall construction progress. They will conduct labor surveys and records at the site, issue work orders, monitor measurement processes, and control material inflow and outflow from inventory. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor labor attendance through manual, mechanical, or digital records; * Collect time cards or attendance records, and track absences and tardiness. * Monitor and record data derived from labor timekeeping to enable personnel indicator calculations and analyses, supporting evaluations of team performance; * Guide teams across various departments on matters related to labor timekeeping to clarify doubts; * Forward documents and relay information to supervisors and other departments to report incidents and workplace accidents. Document activities by preparing attendance charts and reports. * Draft memoranda, organize, forward, and archive documentation related to departmental activities; * Complete timekeeping forms, printed materials, forms, guides, bulletins, and material requisitions; * Instruct workers on workplace safety, participating in the Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School * **Desirable:** Driver's License Class "B" * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** * **Willingness to travel within Paraná (PR), for durations of 1 to 3 months.** **Desired Profile:** We seek a responsible, committed professional who pays close attention to safety regulations and is willing to perform field activities, collaborating with the signage team. **Working Hours:** Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays until 4:00 PM.
