Have you ever considered joining the construction company ranked among the top 20 in Brazil, certified by GPTW and listed in the INTEC Brasil ranking?! **Responsibilities:** * Assists in assessing the impacts of Change Requests; * Assists in periodic monitoring of construction projects together with respective technical teams, including physical measurement, preparation of action plans for the coming months, and updating open issues; * Conducts quantity take-offs; * Ensures future construction sites remain clean; * Monitors the execution of sidewalks and permanent fencing or walls at future construction sites; * Hires and supervises specialized third-party services, such as soil surveys, precautionary neighbor inspection reports, and topographic surveys; * Submits contract and procurement requests via Totvs and the intranet; * Monitors the temporary water and electricity connection process (low and high voltage) at construction sites and showrooms/decorated units, providing on-site and office support. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
