As a Backend Developer Analyst, you will collaborate with the team responsible for implementing digital products defined by business requirements, resulting in technical solutions that encompass communication mechanisms, processing, storage, and data structures. Key Responsibilities: * Actively contribute to software implementations with the team, aiming for continuous improvement in deliverables; * Maintain active, clear, effective, and consistent communication across all official channels with the entire team, as well as specifically communicate directly and attentively with the business and design teams; * Contribute to functional excellence and ergonomic quality of deliverables; * Prioritize agility in deliverables, leveraging AI tools as an ever-present resource in your production process; * Develop applications using an AI-first approach; * Abstract and model technical solutions; * Conduct automated testing; * Actively participate in code reviews.
