### **Job Description** We are looking for a Software Developer to work directly in a strategic Business Unit focused on the Compliance and Loss and Fraud Prevention pillar. The objective of this area is to deliver solutions in the full cycle of due diligence and fraud investigation, connecting ecosystems through integrations, Big Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. In this challenge, you will work in the ecosystem of the **Gateway** (orchestrator of public/private sources that connects supplier APIs) and **Seeker** (decision engine for the Compliance and Fraud market) systems. Your main mission will be to create and evolve the integration between these systems to connect data to the company's decision engines, ensuring distributed architecture, high performance, security, and resilience. ### **Responsibilities and attributes** * **Service and Support (Reactive):** Act in the service and refinement of demands via agile dynamics, maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring the efficiency and resilience of the services built in day-to-day operations. * **Problem and Impediment Resolution (Reactive):** Solve, forward, or escalate technical impediments pointed out by the team, ensuring the continuity of the delivery flow. * **Microservices Development and Architecture (Proactive):** Work on the technical conception, task breakdown, and implementation of microservices in a distributed architecture using back\-end languages (Java, Golang, Node.js). * **System and Data Integration (Proactive):** Develop the integration of the Gateway orchestrator with the Seeker engine and work with hierarchical and graph data models. * **Quality and Engineering Practices (Proactive):** Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), conduct and encourage rigorous Code Reviews, ensuring Clean Code, security standards, and maintainability. * **Mentoring and Continuous Improvement (Proactive):** Support the technical growth of the team through training, mentoring for less experienced developers, and documentation of architecture best practices. ### **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge and solid experience in back\-end development using **Golang**, **Node.js**, and **SQL**. * Experience in **distributed and microservices architecture**, aimed at processing large volumes of data (repositories, queues, etc.). * Solid experience in the development and consumption of **REST APIs** and concepts of **concurrent and scalable programming**. * Mastery of relational and non\-relational databases (e.g., **PostgreSQL**, **MongoDB**, columnar/AVRO, elastics). * Practical experience in the **Microsoft Azure** cloud. * Experience with **Test-Driven Development (TDD)** and **Code Review** practices. * Practical knowledge of version control (**Git**) and **CI/CD** processes. * Excellent communication skills, collaborative work, ease in sharing knowledge, and adaptability to change. #### **Desirable and Differentials:** * **Differential:** Knowledge of Big Data, Data Lake, Metadata, and Data Governance concepts. * Theory and practice in data quality (Dimensions, Profiling, Data Quality Assessment). * Knowledge of messaging services (**Kafka**, **SNS**) and search (**ElasticSearch**, **BigQuery**). * Knowledge of the container ecosystem (**Docker**, **Kubernetes**). * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (**Terraform**, **Ansible**) and orchestrators/schedulers (**Airflow**, **Jenkins**, Crontab). **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Food Voucher; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training actions: lectures, forums, exchanges, and conversations about knowledge related to our business.
