Job Summary: Restaurant Waiter/Waitress at a Pizzeria responsible for preparing, cleaning, and organizing the dining area; greeting and providing prompt, high-quality service to customers; and preparing beverages. Position: Dining Room Waiter/Waitress – Pizzeria Main Responsibilities * Prepare the dining area for service by arranging tables and chairs and ensuring overall cleanliness. * Clean and organize the dining area and restrooms before, during, and after shifts. * Greet customers courteously and escort them to their tables. * Take orders accurately and provide prompt, high-quality service throughout the customer’s stay. * Serve food and beverages at tables, ensuring service quality. * Prepare beverages such as soft drinks, juices, beers, and simple cocktails according to company standards. * Maintain clean and organized tables during service, removing plates, glasses, and utensils as needed. * Assist in order verification before serving to customers. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all utensils and equipment used. * Follow company-established hygiene, food safety, and service standards. * Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in customer service, bars, restaurants, or pizzerias is preferred. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and courtesy. * Agility, organization, and commitment. * Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
