**EDUCATION:** Technical High School in Informatics or Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, or related fields **REQUIRED SKILLS FOR THE POSITION:** **\*** Knowledge of hardware and software \* Proactivity \* Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems **JOB-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide technical support to staff and teachers in classrooms, responding to requests (including knowledge of data projectors / projectors) Perform preventive maintenance and computer formatting Assist with network infrastructure, cabling, and servers. Technical Requirements: * **User Support (Service Desk):** Experience in first-level support, resolving software issues (Windows, Office Suite, web browsers) and hardware issues. * **Hardware and Peripherals:** Ability to assemble, maintain, and diagnose desktops, laptops, printers, and projectors. * **Computer Networks:** Basic knowledge of structured cabling, router configuration, Wi\-Fi, and fundamental protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. * **Operating Systems:** Proficiency in Windows 10/11, basic understanding of Linux distributions, and Windows Server (for user management in Active Directory). * **Information Security:** Familiarity with antivirus solutions, data backup, and best practices to prevent basic vulnerabilities.
