




**About the Role** We are seeking an HR Assistant to focus on benefits administration, ensuring proper support to employees, timely execution of tasks, and effective coordination with vendors and internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support in administering company-provided benefits (meal/voucher allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, among others). * Enrollment, removal, and maintenance of employees in benefit plans. * Employee support to clarify questions related to benefits. * Coordination with insurance providers, brokers, and benefit vendors. * Invoice verification, monthly reporting, and control checks. * Support in onboarding, employee status changes, and offboarding processes as they relate to benefits. * Updating spreadsheets, controls, and departmental metrics. * Support for general administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in benefits administration is considered a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Strong interpersonal skills. **Benefits** **What We Offer?** ✅ R$ 80.00 per worked day via Flash Card After the probationary period: ✅ Unimed Health Plan (100% coverage for the employee) ✅ Dental Plan **Working Hours** * From **08:00 to 18:00**, with a **1h15 lunch break**, Monday through Friday. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Curitiba, PR, BR CLT Permanent Contract On-site
