Description
**Objective**
Support Human Development and Organizational routines during temporary coverage, ensuring proper organization of performance evaluation processes, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), training, onboarding, internal communication, and culture initiatives.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Support the performance evaluation cycle, monitoring deadlines, completion status, and feedback delivery;
* Track IDPs, updating tracking records and flagging pending items;
* Organize internal training sessions, including invitations, attendance lists, materials, certificates, and reaction evaluations;
* Support new employee onboarding;
* Support internal communication and culture initiatives;
* Organize documents, spreadsheets, and process evidence for Human Development and Organization (HDO);
* Support implementation of the Code of Ethics, tracking participation, acknowledgment, and records;
* Support activities related to NR-1, especially scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication;
* Prepare simple follow-up reports for the area.
**Minimum requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Prior experience in HR routine tasks;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
* Discretion and professional conduct;
* Desired experience in training, integration, performance evaluation, or internal communication.
**Desirable requirements:**
* Experience in internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives;
* Experience creating training content and materials (e.g., Canva);
* Experience with HR metrics;
* Knowledge of performance evaluation platforms;
* Familiarity with organizational culture and human development.

**Working hours: 44 hours per week**
Availability to work: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
