Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and proactive Commercial Assistant to support commercial processes, with a focus on prospecting, quotations, and portfolio maintenance—especially in electrical materials. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on prospecting and relationship management with suppliers and customers. 2. Optimization of the active customer portfolio and reactivation of inactive customers. 3. Essential communication via WhatsApp for agility and strong relationship building. We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and organized **Commercial Assistant** to join our team. This position is essential to support the company’s commercial processes, focusing on supplier prospecting, quotation requests, maintenance of the active customer portfolio, and reactivation of inactive customers—particularly in the electrical materials segment. Most communication with suppliers and customers occurs via WhatsApp; therefore, we seek someone with excellent written communication skills, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal relationship abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new suppliers and commercial partners; * Request and track product and service quotations; * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, primarily via WhatsApp; * Serve and follow up with active customers, ensuring portfolio retention and loyalty; * Implement initiatives to reactivate inactive customers and encourage their return to purchasing; * Update spreadsheets, systems, and control reports. **Requirements:** * Experience with electrical materials; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Responsiveness in WhatsApp-based communication; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and negotiation ability; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and management systems is a plus.
