In 2021, IBD joined the QIMA Group, a leading provider of supply chain compliance solutions with a dedicated division serving the food industry. **Job Description** Contact customers to follow up on outstanding documentation requirements; Send questionnaires to collect customer-related information; Finalize audit reports conducted during the period, including timelines and HD (hard drive) details for validation by specific customers; Enter sales orders into the NetSuite system; Monitor questionnaire response status; Register customers in the QIMA system; Contact audited customers to conduct after-sales activities and customer satisfaction surveys; Maintain confidentiality of all handled information; Report any pending issues or problems to your immediate manager promptly; Ensure healthy, high-quality relationships with customers and suppliers; Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of information related to your work, internal QIMA/WQS procedures, and customer data; Participate in meetings and training sessions whenever requested by your manager; Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of your manager. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 6 months’ proven experience in sales/customer service. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Excellent customer service skills, with commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences; * Ability to thrive in a team environment, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with team members; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines; * Strong organizational skills; * Ability to learn quickly and absorb large volumes of complex information within short timeframes, with continuous thirst for knowledge;
