You can learn more about how we process your personal data by accessing our Privacy Policy: https://faoliva.com.br/politicadeprivacidade/index.html Responsibilities and duties **What will you do here?** * Plan and monitor construction projects using Lean Construction methodology * Research new technologies and solutions to improve productivity, costs, and processes, implementing improvements on-site * Monitor on-site work activities, measure task execution times, and coordinate work fronts according to the planned cycle * Assist in cost analyses and prepare productivity surveys for recordkeeping and supporting future planning * Support construction planning and contribute to analyzing and removing constraints to ensure execution as scheduled * Monitor **performance indicators** related to project progress; Requirements and qualifications **What we expect from you!** **Education:** * Completed high school; technical training in Building Construction is a plus. * Pursuing a degree in **Civil Engineering** and/or **Production Engineering** is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite (with Excel proficiency); * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD and Revit**; **Skills we value:** * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Curiosity * Teamwork * Logical reasoning and attention to detail Additional information **Why join FA Oliva?** Here, we believe that **people are the foundation of our success**.
