**We are hiring \| AI Specialist** ================================================================== **Global System** is seeking an **AI Specialist** to lead the evolution of our corporate AI platform and drive innovative Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. If you are passionate about technology and have experience with LLMs, RAG, and developing AI solutions in private environments, this opportunity is for you! **Work model:** 100% Remote **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Architect, develop, and evolve the corporate Generative AI platform and virtual assistants. * Implement private and offline (on\-premises and private cloud) solutions similar to ChatGPT. * Develop advanced pipelines using **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)** architecture, integrating corporate knowledge bases. * Develop AI APIs using **Python** and modern frameworks such as **LangChain**, **LlamaIndex**, and **Semantic Kernel**. * Ensure governance, information security, data privacy, and compliance with LGPD. * Review, optimize, and evolve the current AI solution ecosystem. * Develop proprietary solutions, reducing dependency on external vendors and enabling greater scalability. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence projects. * Solid experience with **Generative Artificial Intelligence** and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Experience developing corporate virtual assistants and chatbots. * Proficiency in **RAG** architecture. * Experience with **Python**, and developing/consuming AI APIs. * Knowledge of frameworks such as **LangChain**, **LlamaIndex**, or **Semantic Kernel**. * Experience deploying AI models in private, on\-premises, or offline environments. * Knowledge of data governance, LGPD, information security, and privacy applied to AI. **Nice to have** ----------------------- * Experience in large corporate environments or the Telecommunications sector. * Experience with training, tuning, and fine\-tuning open-source models such as **Llama**, **Mistral**, and similar. **What we expect from you** --------------------------- We seek a professional with analytical thinking, architectural vision, an innovative mindset, and a results-oriented focus—capable of transforming complex challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions that deliver real business impact. https://globalsystem.inhire.app/vagas/213c9fac\-1f74\-49bc\-b0d7\-f5866796e1ed/especialista\-em\-inteligencia\-artificial **Want to be part of this challenge?**
