**What are we looking for?** **Key responsibilities:** Ensure that the project's scope, context, and constraints are documented and accepted; Develop the solution architecture; Develop a solution increment; Facilitate stakeholder decision-making by providing information and aligning it with overall objectives; Define and document the system's structure and form; Define and document strategies, standards, guidelines, etc., to guide system development; Ensure the architecture addresses the system's quality attributes; Develop the architectural description; Ensure the architecture is applied throughout the system's lifecycle; Remain involved throughout the entire development process; Develop user documentation; Prepare the environment; Design the solution; Design the data model; Manage quality assurance; Serve as the primary technical reference for other teams and architects with solutions expertise. **Requirements:** **Solutions Architect with Java expertise** * 8+ years of software development experience. * 2+ years working as a Software Architect or Technical Lead. * Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices. * Experience with distributed and event-driven architectures. * Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes. * Experience with AWS/Azure. * Knowledge of DDD, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns. * Experience with observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). * Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD. * AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification. * Experience with OpenTelemetry. * Knowledge of Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Saga Pattern. * Experience as an architect or technical leader. * Definition of distributed and scalable architectures. * Microservices-based architecture. * Proficiency in architecture patterns: * Data modeling. * Advanced SQL. * Relational databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server * PostgreSQL * Oracle * SQL Server * MongoDB. * DynamoDB. * Strategies for: Event Sourcing, Distributed Caching, Replication, Partitioning * Event Sourcing * Distributed Caching * Replication * Partitioning ### **Required Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. * Collaborative mindset, with ability to influence decisions without direct authority. * Analytical thinking and systemic vision for solving complex problems. * Decision-making ability grounded in risk analysis and trade-off evaluation. * Skill in mediating conflicts and fostering alignment across multidisciplinary teams. * Business orientation, balancing technical quality, timelines, and cost. * Experience mentoring and developing technical professionals. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and results focus. * Adaptability to dynamic and continuously evolving environments. * Emotional intelligence to handle pressure, ambiguity, and organizational challenges. * Ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive adoption of best practices in architecture and software engineering. **Nice-to-have:** Experience in financial or highly critical environments. **Work location:** Remote **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
