. **Responsibilities and duties** * Facilitate team work, ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and predictable operational delivery flow through the monitoring of agile metrics, indicators, and workflow management; * Identify, monitor, and manage risks, anticipating problems, removing impediments, and applying Lean principles to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and maximize value delivery; * Conduct onboarding for new members and direct project and program needs, supporting the consolidation of new initiatives in delivery flows; * Orchestrate teams and activities related to releases (deployments), communicating delivery status and monitoring QA regressions; * Participate in agile rituals and definitions related to deliveries, processes, and the area's evolutionary roadmap, promoting the application of Scrum and continuous improvement of processes, documentation, communication, quality, and performance; * Review executed processes and activities, as well as participate in and lead follow-up meetings, results presentations, area evolution, and alignment with internal stakeholders and suppliers. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe 5; * Knowledge of project management based on PMBOK practices; * Experience with Jira Software; * Experience in facilitating agile teams and conducting Scrum ceremonies; * Knowledge of flow management, agile metrics, and performance indicators; * Experience in release management and delivery monitoring; * Knowledge of risk management and impediment removal; * Knowledge of Lean practices for continuous improvement and process optimization.
