We are seeking a candidate with solid Software Engineering experience, capable of working autonomously to build, integrate, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Python. This person will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating systems, and ensuring the reliability of involved services and data flows. Key responsibilities: Develop, evolve, and maintain backend applications using Python; Analyze, configure, and maintain applications in production environments; Perform system integrations via APIs, Webhooks, and Kafka; Work with PostgreSQL database modeling, querying, and maintenance; Participate in defining and implementing best practices for architecture, quality, and observability; Proactively investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable deliveries. Mandatory technical requirements: Practical experience developing in Python; Experience with PostgreSQL; Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; Experience with Kafka; Experience implementing and consuming Webhooks; Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution; Knowledge of Git. Nice-to-have qualifications: Knowledge of distributed architecture and microservices; Experience with Docker/Kubernetes; Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Experience with Kotlin/NodeJS; Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging.
