This is the ideal opportunity for those who want to get hands-on, deliver high-quality code, and progress toward leadership or architecture roles in the future. ### **Responsibilities and Duties (Your Day-to-Day)** * **Full-Stack Development:** Build and maintain applications involving front-end, back-end, and integrations, ensuring quality and performance. * **Architectural Support:** Collaborate with Technical Leaders and Architects to validate and design technical solutions, suggesting improvements and standards. * **Mentoring and Best Practices:** Support less-experienced developers (Mid-level and Junior) daily, promoting a culture of code quality and testing. * **Practical Innovation:** Participate in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development to evaluate new technologies and tools. * **Security and Compliance:** Develop secure-by-design code, supporting risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with LGPD and healthcare regulations. * **DevOps Culture:** Actively engage with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and smooth agile deliveries. * **Cloud Perspective:** Develop and maintain solutions using cloud services (AWS), as well as support integrations with legacy systems. ### **How You’ll Strategically Contribute (Key Interactions)** * **With Scrum Masters (SM):** Proactively flag technical impediments and help maintain the flow of the agile pipeline. * **With Technical Leaders (LT):** Serve as the "right-hand" technical partner, supporting complex task estimations, backlog refinements, and suggesting approaches to daily challenges. * **With Business Analysts (BA):** Help translate business requirements into viable, scalable software solutions. * **With the CTO / Executive Leadership:** Participate in technical forums and contribute ideas that positively impact the company’s roadmap. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Experience:** * Solid prior experience as a Mid/Senior Developer in high-complexity projects. * Hands-on experience in end-to-end development (front-end and back-end) within regulated environments (Healthcare or Financial). **Required Technical Proficiency (Tech Stack):** * **Front-end:** Angular, TypeScript, and Web Content Manager. * **Back-end:** .NET, C#, ASP, and Visual Basic. * **Database:** Oracle and PL/SQL. * **Integrations and APIs:** API creation and consumption; experience with API Gateway, DataPower, or WebSphere. * **Architecture:** Practical knowledge of microservices and distributed systems. * **Cloud:** AWS experience (Lambda, EC2, S3). * **Tools and Practices:** Git, Jira, CI/CD, containers, and awareness of secure development practices. * **Differentiators That Will Set You Apart:** * Experience integrating complex systems and messaging patterns. * Willingness and potential to assume future roles such as Architect or Tech Lead. * Knowledge of **data interoperability** (TISS, HL7 standards). * Cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) or software security certifications. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan — Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and conversations related to our business.
