Results-oriented mindset and strong communication skills **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in building construction, technology, engineering, or architecture is a plus. * Commercial experience and relationship-building with construction industry professionals (construction sites, retail, or construction materials industry). * Practical knowledge of construction or relevant coursework. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Ability to handle unexpected situations promptly. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Manage a professional customer portfolio by acquiring new customers and maintaining contact with existing ones to ensure personalized service and close relationships—identifying their needs (profession, upcoming projects, future construction phases, restocking requirements, etc.). * Provide in-person or remote support (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.) during store operating hours, with assistance from the store team, ensuring professional customers’ orders are properly prepared. * Visit construction sites when necessary to support professional customers’ selection and purchase planning. * Proactively offer services, promotions, clearance items, and opportunities to professional customers both in-person and remotely. * Monitor sales KPIs and MSV (Margin on Sales) in HI, drive store-level results and collaborate with your supervisor to define actions for sales growth. * Prepare and send standardized purchase quotations in accordance with established pricing and discount policies, ensuring profitable, timely, and agile project support aligned with professional customers’ needs.
