Conduct merchandise verification (receipts and shipments). Support the billing process and issuance of invoices. Provide customer service (in-person, by phone, or via WhatsApp). Perform data entry and queries in the SAP system. Update spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Office. Pick and prepare orders. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred but not mandatory). Experience with inventory and billing routines. Familiarity with the SAP system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong communication and organizational skills. Advantages: Prior experience in logistics or billing. Knowledge of NF-e (electronic invoice) issuance.
