Job Summary: The Express Sales Operator serves customers across multiple channels, conducts sales, negotiates delivery timelines, and ensures inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation skills and adaptability to change **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in construction materials and home maintenance is a plus. * Sales experience. * Technical product knowledge. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Negotiation ability. * Profile that is connected, omnichannel, resilient, and adaptable to change. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **A Day in the Life of an Express Sales Operator:** * Manages daily replenishment of transfers received by the Express store and performs routine stock replenishment. * Approaches, serves, and closes sales with customers on the store floor. * Builds customer loyalty through close relationships, personalized, and efficient service. * Creates sales orders and negotiates delivery and pickup timelines with customers, selling the full range of Express store ready-to-deliver products as well as the complete Leroy Merlin large-format product portfolio. * Serves customers across multiple sales channels — physical store, web, phone, and WhatsApp — closing sales in an omnichannel manner using alternative payment tools. * Operates the cash register whenever necessary. * Manages the exchange counter, handling returns and providing technical support to customers. * Ensures inventory accuracy through frequent cycle counts.
