The goal is to ensure each customer is well-informed and confident about the progress of their case. **Inclusive Position:** PCD **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform existing customer service activities; Answer customer calls, resolving doubts and providing information about their judicial process; Maintain general contact with customers for service purposes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree **in progress or completed** in **Business Administration, Law, Service Management, Legal Services**, or related fields; Prior experience in **customer service** (telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, or omnichannel platforms); Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel.**
